...is a ministry dedicated to helping people discover the real Jesus of the Bible and His real teachings.
To accomplish this, we focus on four key areas of development.
Milk is for infants, new believers. Meat is for the mature. Meat of course requires a set of teeth to chew and digest, but milk always goes down easy.
The goal of Discovering Jesus is to take people beyond the mere milk of the Word, and to get into the meat of God's revelation.
One of the greatest challenges to discovering Jesus is our modern-day culture. Not only our secular culture, but also our modern Christian cultures.
The goal of Discovering Jesus is to expose the confusion stemming from Cultural Christianity, allowing believers to recenter themselves in the Word of God.
Jesus described discipleship as teaching believers to obey and observe everything He commanded of His original disciples. This means at minimum; discipleship must include a comprehensive review of everything Jesus commanded.
True discipleship is one of the best ways to discover Jesus, because it is the process of taking the yoke of Christ upon yourself.
What is prophetic teaching? It involves going beyond the surface and getting into the depths of scripture and revealing many of the beautiful mysteries God has hidden in His word. Mysteries which bring further revelation of the glory of Christ and His coming Kingdom.

The Goal...
Throughout the pages of scripture, we read of people encountering and discovering Christ, and as they continue to discover Him, they find He isn’t just a figure head, an idea, or a symbol. Christ is a person, He has a personality, He is relatable, He is loving, and kind, and He has a name, Jesus.
Discovering Jesus is what the ministry Discovering Jesus, is all about. To help people move beyond the comforts of cultural Christianity into a divine encounter with Jesus Christ through His Word and through His Spirit.
